Mitesh Kapadia is an executive training consultant with a unique blend of technical expertise and a passion for personal growth. With over 15 years of experience, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies like Apple, Cisco, Pfizer, and Microsoft, helping professionals enhance their leadership presence and communication skills.
His journey spans IT auditing at Goldman Sachs to co-founding yoga studios and integrating mindfulness into leadership training. Having trained over 10,000 participants globally, Mitesh combines mindfulness, improv theater, and entrepreneurship to create engaging learning experiences.
Holding a Master’s in Information Systems and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, he now resides in Northern California’s Tahoe National Forest with his wife and two kids, continuing his mission to develop confident and influential leaders.
